 TurniT Capital Advisors consists of an entrepreneurial and skilled team of professionals and advisors having local market grasp and global reach in the real estate capital markets. The firm found its roots from TurniT Limited, a London based company formed in the year 2008 by its founder Director.
The company provides investment advisory, asset management and corporate finance solutions to a diverse set of clients ranging from organisations, property developers, fund managers, institutions, and high net worth individuals, for their investment and financing needs related to real estate. Alongside mainstream real estate sectors i.e. Offices, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality, the firm also specialises in alternative real estate sectors like Infrastructure, Energy, Healthcare and Education.
