Girish is the founder of TurniT Capital Advisors and a qualified chartered surveyor with a specialisation in real estate finance and investment. Girish has over 7 years of international experience in the field of private equity, corporate finance, principal real estate investing and structured finance. He has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman and Wakefield, Dawnay Day, Bear Stearns and Blackheath Financial. He has a successful track record of managing and executing deals worth more than $800 million across geographies.
Girish is a level 3 CFA candidate and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Investment Property Forum (IPF) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) in the UK. He acquired Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from the CFA society of UK and is a double postgraduate with first class degree in MBA International Business and Finance, and MSc in Real Estate Investment.
Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta, with more than 22 years of experience is a well regarded professional in the Indian Real Esate Industry. Manish’s previous role was with Orris Infrastructure Private Limited, where he acted as a CEO and is presently advising variety of Real Estate development firms and funds in a non executive capacity. Manish was responsible for setting up the India platform for the SITQ and also acted as the Managing Director of London listed fund, Trikona Capital. He worked as the Head of Strategy & Finance at Omaxe Ltd and has served on the board of Investee companies like Taj and Nabil Bank.
Manish has gained highly regarded Post Graduation in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad and Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication. Manish is fond of travelling and is an enthusiastic jogger!
Deepti Narwani
Director
Deepti is the co-founder of TurniT Capital Advisors and is the inspiration behind the name TurniT. Deepti is a dynamic professional and is passionate about providing exceptional client service. She is responsible for handling client relations internationally and issues related to compliance and business development. Deepti has a diversified skillset and experience having worked in a variety of fields such as accountancy, community support and teaching. Deepti's entrepreneurial pursuits led her to establish a property company in London, which is running successfully. She also gained experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its audit department.
Deepti is a graduate of University College London, where she gained BSc Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science.
