Girish is a British trained Chartered Surveyor specializing in real estate investment. Mr Grover has worked on transactions in excess of $1bn in 3 continents including India. In past, Mr Grover has worked with Bear Stearns (JP Morgan), Dawnay Day, Jones Lang LaSalle, Red Fort Capital and Cushman & Wakefield.

DEVELOPMENT

Vikas has successfully built one of North India’s leading development companies. Vikas has joined hands with TURNIT to build India’s largest logistics platform. Vikas has over 10 years of land, development & leasing experience in the Indian warehousing sector. He has developed for AAA tenants like DHL, P&G, Yusen, ITC, Pearson, and Flipkart in India.​​

LEGAL


Simon qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1985 and has been a partner in private practice in the UK in the corporate departments of various law firms, most recently Olswang LLP, leaving in December 2005 to join a client as its first Group Legal Counsel. With more than thirty years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A and real estate law, he has worked on all types of corporate real estate transactions.

INVESTMENT

Richard is a seasoned real estate investment professional. He has extensively worked on structuring real estate investment products, managing real estate appraisals and transactions across geographies. In the past, Richard has worked with HSBC, UBS Warburg and Dawnay, Day.

Jeet is a qualified architect & seasoned logistics professional working with major occupiers and developers for last 15 years in India. In the past, Jeet worked as Head of Real Estate for DHL India.
Other organisations include Shree Raj Laxmi (Logistics) Developers, Shree Shubham Logistics, and Shahzad Design Associates
Jeet has executed and overseen > 9 mn sqft warehouses construction Pan India.
